- Retired October 1973 and transferred to National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, FL
- Initially in VT-86 markings but painted in Weather Reconnaissance Squadron Four (VW-4) markings by 1998
- On September 16, 2004, Hurricane Ivan blew off the upper radome and damaged the right aileron and elevator
- By March 2007, with the exception of the right aileron, all repairs had been made using parts salvaged from EC-121H 53-535
- Currently on display in VW-4 markings
