  • Delivered to USN October 1957 as WV-2 BuN 143221
  • Redesignated EC-121K October 1962
  • To VT-86 NAS Pensacola February 1973
  • Retired October 1973 and transferred to National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, FL
  • Initially in VT-86 markings but painted in Weather Reconnaissance Squadron Four (VW-4) markings by 1998
  • On September 16, 2004, Hurricane Ivan blew off the upper radome and damaged the right aileron and elevator
  • By March 2007, with the exception of the right aileron, all repairs had been made using parts salvaged from EC-121H 53-535
  • Currently on display in VW-4 markings
